In the eighth episode of our “Partnership Ecosystems Improvement” series, we will explore the concept of partner recruitment.  

Recruitment is more than just calling up companies and asking them if they want to sell your product. There is a process and art to identifying and recruiting partners.  This is a complex discussion and there is much to cover.  We will do so over the course of 2 months so that we give it the proper attention.   This month we will look at creating your ideal partner profile, scorecarding partners (the benefits now and later), and identifying and selecting the proper target audience.
